The analytical services that we, DelveInsight, provide to our clients in form of reports in response to orders are limited publications. While buying these reports from us, our clients acknowledge that these services are for their internal use only, and they hold no right in using them for general publication or selling or providing it to third parties. Quantitative market data which is collected through primary research like interviews or surveys, is the matter of fluctuation. DelveInsight is not responsible for any false or misleading information provided to us by users /manufacturers/ sample selected. DelveInsight respects the privacy rights of our clients and we keeps the personal information as well as data provided them safe. We do not reveal the identity of our clients with any third party source. But in certain cases, we do need to disclose your personal information to applicable authorities.
Change in Policy
DelveInsight holds the right to change the present policy and may up come with a new or an updated version of the policy. The new policy with change will be posted on the DelveInsight website.

DelveInsight will not or cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by client directly or indirectly, as a result of delay in/failure to deliver the data/report due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, which includes but not limited to natural disasters, war, riot or civil disorder, labor strikes, embargo or government regulations and restrictions of any and all kinds. Delivery time shall be extended in such conditions, allowing us reasonable time to fulfill your requirements. DelveInsight and its affiliates and sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of our research.
Return/Refund Policy
After we receive the confirmation of the client for any report, we consider it sold. Because of the nature of the product we do not offer any refund or process any return for the client after the report is sold.
We do not offer any cancellation for the order.
